Terms & Conditions:
- $75 session retainer is required to secure your spot. (Session retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.)
- Contract and parental consent must be signed within 48 hours of booking the session.
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- No cellphone photos or video during session please.
- ALL participants being photographed solo must be able to sit unassisted.
- Mini sessions are for a MAXIMUM of 4 people. For more than 4, please book a regular session for best results.
- $100 balance due at time of session or before.
- ALL participants being photographed solo must be able to sit unassisted.
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short session window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Nicole Robinson, Robinson's Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining images for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
IMAGE USAGE: Images will be used for advertisement purposes including social media, website, print and digital media.
