There are a lot of simple ways to cool down on location. Cold, wet towels are great. Pouring cold water over your wrists cools your body down quickly.
Make sure you’ve got all the essentials you’d have when heading to the beach or out on a hike. Sunscreen and bug spray are a must
Having essentials on hand like a first aid kit, bug spray and sunscreen are also a must!
Remember to treat your photo session like any other summer outing.
Have plenty of water on hand.
Make sure you wear clothing that breathes.
If you feel off, seek shade and get help.
